Important:
No thesis reviews will be conducted during the Winter Break and the Lunar New Year holiday (February 14–22, 2026).
The Graduate Studies Division of the Office of Academic Affairs has set the final deadline for graduation procedures this semester (114-1) as Monday, February 23, 2026.
Please upload your electronic thesis to the NTNU Theses & Dissertations Services system before Monday, February 9 for review.
- After February 9, the Library will still review submissions on working days, but you must manage your own schedule.
- Please leave enough time to print the hard copy of your thesis after your electronic version is approved.
Review Timeline
- Each review takes at least 3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays), starting from the next working day after you submit.
- If your thesis is returned for corrections, you will need to re-upload it, and the 3-working-day review time will restart.
- We strongly recommend leaving extra time in case you need to revise and re-submit your thesis.
If you cannot complete all graduation procedures before February 23, please contact the Graduate Studies Division.
Important Reminders:
- If you withdraw your submission or it is returned for revision, the review period will restart from the latest submission time.
- Review and notification hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding weekends and public/university holidays).
- The last two weeks before the deadline are a peak period. Reviews may take longer than 3 working days. Please upload early.
- Please do not ask for faster review by phone or email. This may delay the process for other students and is not allowed.
- If you are overseas, please turn on VPN and connect to a Taiwan IP address to use the NTNU Theses & Dissertations Services system.
